SHIPPING COST

Sweden: Free shipping on all orders over SEK 1.000. For smaller orders the shipping cost is 69 SEK.

EU: All countries within the EU shipping cost is 149 SEK.

Norway: Shipping cost 149 SEK. Please be aware that VAT and customs duty might be added for import to countries outside the EU. 

Switzerland: Shipping cost 199 SEK. Please be aware that VAT and customs duty might be added for import to countries outside the EU.

United Kingdom: Shipping cost 199 SEK. Please be aware that VAT and customs duty might be added for import to countries outside the EU.

USA/Canada: Shipping 40USD. Please be aware that VAT and customs duty might be added for import to USA for purchases of more than 800USD.

Rest of the world: Shipping cost 399 SEK. Please be aware that VAT and customs duty might be added for import to countries outside the EU.

Please note if, after several attempts, the freight forwarder cannot deliver the package to you, the package will be returned to us. Then an administrative fee of 300 SEK will be added. The fee covers the cost of shipping, return and administration.

Sustainability Policy

We aim for an environmentally sustainable business model and works actively to try to keep the number of shipped packages down. For example, we do not encourage our customers to buy two garments in case of uncertainty of which size to choose. Instead, we want to offer a good customer service and help to guide the customer to the right sizes and fit. Rule of thumb, measure your neck and there you have your size, then choose slim or regular fit. Please consult our size guide available when you view the product or mail us at info@oscarofsweden.se for help with sizes or other questions.

Returns

Orders in Sweden 

  • There is an included pre-printed return label in the box. 
  • We do not stand for the return shipping cost for discounted items, and it will be deducted from your refund. 
  • You can return any item(s) purchased within 14 days of the delivery date. Anything sent to us after that may be rejected and returned to you.
  • When you drop off your package at the post office, we highly recommend you obtain the tracking number and proof of postage for further reference.

 

Orders from rest of EU

  • For EU customers there is an included pre-printed return label in the box. 
  • We do not stand for the return shipping cost, and it will be deducted from your refund.

Orders from outside of the EU

  •  Including orders from the US, UK, Switzerland or Norway, or otherwhere outside of EU need to include a customs invoice with their return. Please get in touch with our customer service and specify what products you are returning to receive a customs invoice.

FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO MAKE A RETURN

1. Fill in the form carefully of what item(s) you’re returning and why.

2. Carefully pack the items in the same packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, labels and in its original packaging (including hangers). It needs to be shipped in the same or similar polybag. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted. 

3. Attach the correct return label, provided for your order, to the return parcel. Make sure to attach the return label on top of the existing label on your parcel. 

4. Hand in the return parcel to the distributor indicated on the return label. 

5. Save the return receipt you receive from the distributor until you have received your refund.

 

Once the return has arrived at our warehouse it can take up to 3-5 business days for us to fully process your return. Please note that during the sale period, it might take up to 7 days. Please contact info@oscarofsweden.se  if this time has been exceeded and the refund has not been issued.

 

DHL: To return your order, simply follow the steps above and hand in your package at your closest DHL Service Point. You can find your closest Service Point HERE.    

UPS: To return your order, simply follow the steps above and send your package with UPS at the nearest UPS Service Point for international returns.
